About remote assistance

Sometimes the best way to fix a problem is to have someone show you how. Remote Assistance is a convenient way for someone you trust, such as technical support person, to connect to your computer and walk you through a solution even if that person isn't nearby. We connect to your computer using AES-256 bit encryption to ensure a secure connection. All remote connections are subject to our red-flag policies. We are not obligated to end any remote sessions. Ending a remote session is entirely the responsibility of the end user and may require uninstalling the software provided below.

If you do not see where the file can be launched, press the CTRL and the J key at the same time to bring up your recent downloads. Double click on RemoteClient.exe followed by run or allow.
